We are a fee-for-service company. We do not accept insurance.  Our rates are as follows: 

​$125.00 for Evaluations and $100.00 for Sessions in our clinic or virtual

$150.00 for Evaluations and Sessions in your home (pending availability)

You can pay using debit, credit, HSA or FSA cards.

You may qualify for reimbursement with your insurance using a superbill.
