You can reach us through text, email, or phone, and we also aim to assist you with quick answers to frequently asked questions. Here is a list of the inquiries we most commonly get.
Do you take my insurance?
We do not "take" or communicate directly with any insurance. We want and need to provide you with top-tier quality evaluations and treatment sessions.
Currently, insurance companies do not allow for this due to the constraints on therapists(e.g. authorization, shortened sessions, group therapies).
Our sister company, Well Nurtured Development, takes most insurance companies for occupational and physical therapy.
Can you help me get reimbursed by my insurance?
If you have out-of-network coverage, or using an HSA or FSA account, we absolutely can help. For this, we start by providing a document called superbill. This can be used to help you get reimbursed by your specific plan. ​ We provide these on a monthly basis as requested.
Can you come to my home?
If you are in Luzerne or Lackawanna county, we can come to your home for evaluations and sessions that are $150.00 per 60 minutes if we have a therapist available, otherwise, we have 3 conveniently located clinics.

If you are in Schuylkill County, we can provide in-home lactation support.
​
If you are in Lehigh Valley, we can provide in-home speech therapy and occupational therapy within 20 miles of Alburtis.
​
If you are in Bucks County, we can provide in-home speech therapy, oral myofunctional therapy, and breast/bottle/starting solids therapy within 20 miles of Doylestown.

Prices for in home throughout the above counties is $150.00 for 60 minutes.
Since you do not take insurance, how does it work?
We are a private pay, fee for the service company. There are 3 steps to getting started:
1. We send an email with an intake form
2. Once complete, we send you a text to put your card on file.
3. Once a card is on file, we connect you with your therapist.
Typically, evaluations are $125 for 60 minutes and sessions are $100 for 60 minutes. We have discounted bundles where you can save upwards of $50.00 after the initial evaluation has occurred.

We accept debit, credit card, HSA or FSA cards.
How do I know if my insurance will reimburse me after I pay Lingua?
This is provider and plan specific. We recommend calling a head of booking with us. We crafted this document to help guide your phone call with NPIs, codes, and more which the insurance company will likely ask for. Please note the provider and NPI I will vary patient to patient.
