How much do services cost?
$125.00 for Evaluation/Consultation in Clinic/Virtual
$100.00 for Sessions in Clinic/Virtual

$150 for Dietician Consultation and Personal 7 Day Meal Plan

Do you take my insurance?
No. We do not "take" or communicate directly with any insurance. We want and need to provide you with top-tier quality evaluations and treatment sessions.
Currently, insurance companies do not allow for this due to the constraints on therapists(e.g. authorization, shortened sessions, group therapies).

How do I pay?
We accept credit and debit cards. We also can accept FSA and HSA cards. We use a HIPAA-compliant payment system called IVY Pay.

Ivy Pay is a HIPAA-secure, PCI-protected payment service that allows you to pay your therapist by saving a credit, debit, HSA or FSA card on-file. Once you’ve added your card to Ivy Pay once, charges can be quickly and easily processed.
Ivy uses advanced security systems and data encryption to protect both clients and therapists, as well as safeguard against unauthorized transactions and access to personal or financial information.
Information is encrypted, stored and protected on secure servers. Industry standard SSL encryption is active on every page of the Ivy Pay system. This is the same encryption technology used by banks and brokerages to safeguard financial information
Since you do not take insurance, how does it work?
We are a private pay, fee for the service company. There are 3 steps to getting started:
1. You complete the intake form on the website.
2. Once complete, we review it and send you a text to put your card on file.
3. Once a card is on file, we connect you with your therapist.
Virtual and in office consultations are $125 for 60 minutes and sessions are $100 for 60 minutes. We have discounted bundles where you can save upwards of $50.00 after the initial evaluation has occurred.

We accept debit, credit card, HSA or FSA cards.
Can you come to my home?
If you are in Luzerne or Lackawanna county, we can try to come to your home for evaluations and sessions that are $150.00 per 60 minutes but only if we have a therapist available; otherwise, we have a conveniently located clinic at 457 N Main Street Pittston, PA. You can find parking and entry support here. ​​

If you are in Alburtis, PA ( Lehigh Valley) we can provide in-home speech therapy and occupational therapy. ( 20 mile radius)

If you are in Chalfont, PA ( Bucks County) we can provide in-home speech therapy, oral myofunctional therapy, and breast/bottle/starting solids therapy (20 mile radius)
​
If you are in Montrose, Colorado, we can provide in home infant feeding ( bottle/breast), infant massage, adult head/neck massage, or oral myofunctional therapy for ages 5-64.

Prices for in home throughout the above counties is $150.00 for 60 minutes.
Do you collaborate with other
providers and people?
Absolutely! Whether it is a doctor, dentist, family friend, consultant, or simply a loved one who wants to be involved in your care, we can connect and collaborate. We do require you to add them to your release of information upon intake and if you need to add a new family member, parent, or doctor, simply update your release of information here!
