We make getting started easy. You can move from our website to your first visit in just three simple steps. If you haven’t already explored our rates and FAQs, take a moment to look through them and be sure to review our policies- together, these resources will answer most questions and help you feel prepared. Here’s how to get started:

1. Find a Time that Works for You!

Click the link below based on where you want to be seen. Then you can select which service you are in need of, and select the time and day that works best for you. If you do not see your time, add yourself to our waitlist.

2. Upload Your Info and Card

Once you book your appointment, you will get an alert to complete an intake form. Please fill out all info for the person in need of services.. You will also be asked to place a card on file.

This is required to hold
your requested appointment.

3. Meet with your provider

Show up to your requested appointment and meet your provider. This is an exciting step on your journey towards improvement and well-being. Use the booking portal to communicate with your provider as you navigate your care.

If your intake form or card is missing, you will be asked to complete prior to the appointment.
